The petitioner is an accused in a case bearing FIR
No.930/2023 dated 20.09.2023 registered at Police Station Bihta,
Subdivision – Danapur, District – Patna for the offences
punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860 read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

We see no reason to interfere with the order of the High
Court, in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the
Constitution of India.
