02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. This is an application U/S.483 of BNSS by
the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with
Balasore Vigilance P.S. Case No.03 of 2025
corresponding to VGR No.02 of 2025 pending in the
file of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Balasore, for
commission of offences punishable U/Ss.13(2)/
13(1)(c) of the PC Act r/w. 13(1)(a) of PC Act and
Sections 406/409/468/465/471/479-A of IPC, on the
allegation of misappropriating a sum of
Rs.22,18,600/- deposited by different persons in the
Baniadhia Service Co-operative Society.
