“On perusal of the order-sheets, in the
instant case, it reflects that learned counsel
for the petitioner has been taking
adjournment for last so many years.

In the interest of justice, one more
opportunity is granted to the petitioner to
argue the matter.

It is made clear that no further
adjournment shall be granted in this matter.

List this matter after two weeks.”

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no

instructions.

In view thereof, this civil writ petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed

of.
