1. This petition under Section 482 Cr. P.C. is filed, with prayer to
quash the FIR No.234/2022 registered at Police Station Muhana, District
Jaipur City (South) for offences under Sections 420, 406, 409, 419,
384, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC and Sections 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of the
SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, on the basis of compromise
effectuated between the parties herein, in respect of their inter-se
dispute.
