1. The present interim bail application has been filed under
Section 439 Cr.P.C./483 BNSS on behalf of the petitioner, who is in
judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.187/2024, P.S. –
Bichhwal, Dist. – Bikaner for the offence under Sections 103(1),
115(2), 126(2), 125, 191(2), 191(3), 191(23, 190, 61(2)(a), 190,
109(2), 641(2)(a) of BNS and 3/25(1-B)(a), 27 of Arms Act.
2. The instant application has been filed on the ground that
petitioner’s kid is of five month and is admitted in the hospital
since there is no other member in the family to look after him,
therefore, for the purpose of taking care of his child, the
temporary bail application be allowed.
