Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
principal accused Aminul Haque has already been
admitted to regular bail. Learned counsel further
submits that present petitioners are the wife and son
of the principal accused. Learned counsel submits
that there is no specific allegation against the
petitioner. Learned counsel undertakes that
petitioner shall join the investigation as and when
directed by the Investigating Officer.

Sk,. Anowar Sk. Reshmi Bibi and Aminul Sk. Learned
counsel also has invited attention to the injury report
and charge sheet.
Learned counsel submits that medical reports
indicates that they could not have inflicted by an
individual.
The Court has considered the submissions.
Perusal of the statement of the witnesses do not
indicate any specific allegation against the present
petitioner. The allegations are general in nature. The
principal accused has already been admitted to bail.
In the facts and circumstances of this case
petitioners are directed to join investigation as and
when directed by the I.O.
In the event, if Investigating Officer feels
necessary of effecting the arrest of the petitioners
they be admitted to anticipatory bail by furnishing
personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand
only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of
whom shall be local, to the satisfaction of the Learned
CJM Malda, subject to the conditions that they shall
join and cooperate in the investigation as and when
directed by the Investigating Officer and shall not
threaten, tamper or intimidate the complainant or
members of the family in any manner.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if
applied for, be made available to the parties upon
compliance with the requisite formalities.
