They are hiring for the position of Associate – Direct Tax (M&A)
Eligibility
DESIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- A good team player.
- Possess strong networking skills.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate should have post qualification experience of 2 to 4 years.
- Chartered Accountant & Law graduate from a premier Law College (Optional)
- Exposure to M&A deals with good knowledge of Tax and Corporate provisions is must.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Drafting of presentations for various structuring options proposed to the clients.
- Drafting of opinions on contemporary tax issues.
