The present revision petition has been filed by the
petitioners-defendants (for short ‘the defendants’) under Section
115 CPC against the order dated 26.07.2023 passed by the
Additional Civil Judge, District Dholpur (for short ‘the trial court’)
in Civil Suit No.40/2023, titled as “Suman Kumari & Anr. Vs.
Senior Manager Gail & Anr.” whereby the trial court dismissed the
application filed by the defendants under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC.
