1. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 31.1.2019 passed
by respondent No.1, whereby the appeal preferred by the
petitioner under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Public
Distribution System (Control) Order 2016 was dismissed. The
appeal was dismissed on the ground that the application moved
under Section 5 of the Limitation Act was rejected.
