By means of the present writ petition, petitioners
have put to challenge the F.I.R. No.0134 of 2025 dated
02.05.2025, under Sections 109, 115(2), 190, 191(2),
191(3), 309(4), 324(4), 351(2) and 351(3) of B.N.S. 2023
registered at Police Station Kaliyar Sharif, District
Haridwar, in view of the compromise entered into between
the parties.
2. A joint compounding application has been
moved on behalf of the parties seeking to compound
offences under the aforesaid sections.
3. Petitioner nos.1, 2, 7 and 10 are present,
physically, in the Court while petitioner nos.3, 4, 5, 6 –
(petitioner no.6 is a minor and her affidavit is filed through
her mother), 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 are present before
this Court, virtually. Respondent no.3 is also present before
this Court through video conferencing. All of them are duly
identified by their respective counsel.
