                                   1.    The grievance raised is that the application for emergent

                                   parole was filed on 23.05.2025 but the same has not been decided

                                   and expected date of delivery of spouse of the petitioner is 05 th

                                   July, 2025.

                                   2.    Learned Additional Government Advocate Mr.Sudesh Saini

                                   appears for the respondents.

3. This petition is disposed of with direction that the application

for emergent parole be decided within three days from today.

4. A copy of this order under the signature of Bench Secretary be

provided to learned Additional Government Advocate.
