The applicant is in judicial custody in
FIR/Case Crime No.1233 of 2023, dated 21.12.2023,
under Sections 107, 342, 366-A, 368, 376(3), 506, 201,
120-B IPC and Sections 3(a)/4, 13/14, 16/17, 19/21 of
the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012
and Sections 3(2)(5) of the Scheduled Castes and the
Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and
Section 67-B of the Information Technology Act, 2000
Police Station Manglore, District Haridwar. He has sought
his release on bail.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and
perused the record.
3. It is argued that the co-accused, having similar
role, has already been granted bail by this Court.
4. Learned State counsel admits this fact.

5. Having considered, this Court is of the view
that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to
be enlarged on bail.
6. The bail application is allowed.
7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his
executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable
sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the
court concerned.
