1. The instant bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [earlier Section 439 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973] has been filed on behalf of the
petitioner/applicant seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No.613/2019,
registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar West, Delhi for the offence
punishable under Sections 365/302/392/376/411/201/34 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860.
