1. Against rejection of regular bail by
the High Court and to seek bail, the
present special leave petition has been
filed. The petitioner is in custody w.e.f.
08.06.2024 in connection with FIR No.
11821011240697, dated 31.05.2024 for
the offences punishable under Sections
406, 420, 465, 467 468, 471, 472, 34
and 120B of the Indian Penal Code,
1860, registered with Dahod ‘A’ Division
Police Station, District Dahod.
2. It is brought to our notice that the
co-accused Harunbhai Rahimbhai Patel,
who was the owner of the land has been
granted regular bail by the High Court

and in the connected case, the present
petitioner has been granted bail vide
detailed order dated 28th January, 2025
of this Court passed in SLP(Crl.) No.
17438/2024. Considering the said fact,
without expressing any opinion on the
merits of the case, we deem it
appropriate to grant bail to the
petitioner.
3. Accordingly, we direct to release the
petitioner on bail on furnishing the
suitable bail bonds and sureties and on
such other terms and conditions as may
be deemed fit by the trial Court.
4. Petitioner to abide all the conditions
as imposed and shall regularly attend the
trial until exempted by the Court.

Violation, if any, may give a cause to take
recourse as permissible and the trial
Court is at liberty to do the needful.
5. Accordingly, and in view of the
foregoing, the special leave petition
stands allowed. Pending application(s), if
any, shall stand disposed of.
