pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family
Court, Mathura, to the Court of Principal Judge, Family
Court, Faridabad, Haryana.
2) As per the Office Report, service on the sole
respondent is complete. However, no one has entered
appearance on behalf of the respondent.
3) We have heard learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
4) Having considered the circumstances in their
totality, this Court is of the view that, in the

transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family
Court, Faridabad, Haryana.
6) The records of the case be transferred to the
Transferee Court promptly and without delay.
7) All pending applications stand disposed of.
