The instant appeal has been preferred by the appellant under
Section 30 of the Employees Compensation Act against the award dated
30.12.2024 passed by the court of Commissioner under the Employees
Compensation Act, 1923 (Assistant Labour Commissioner), Jammu in case
titled Sham Lal Vs. IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd. & Anr. The
appellant has challenged the quantum of compensation in the instant appeal.
Heard.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks,
subject to taking requisite steps by the appellant within one week.
