2. The present appeal has been preferred by the appellants against the Judgement/award dated 23.10.2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ Additional District Judge, Court No.6, Jhansi in M.A.C.P. No.631 of 2010 (Smt. Shamim and others Vs. Maqbool Khan and others).
