Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this
civil writ petition as he has instructions to file response to the
notice dated 16.05.2025. He, however, prays that for filing the
response, he may be granted two weeks’ time with a direction to
the respondents to conclude the departmental enquiry
expeditiously.
