Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the

learned Special Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The appellant seeks regular bail in connection with

SC/ST P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024, registered for the offences

punishable under Sections 409, 406, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and

3(1)(r) 3(1)(s) 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST. Appellant has two criminal

antecedents.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the appellant

submits that during the pendency of this application the parties

have compromised and a counter affidavit has been filed on

behalf of the informant stating therein that with intervention and

efforts of well wishers, an amicable compromise had been

arrived between the parties.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

informant does not dispute such fact and has admitted that

informant does not have any further grievance against the

petitioner and a compromise has been entered between the

parties.

5. In view of the above the order dated 06.03.2025,

passed by the learned Court of District & Additional Sessions

Judge-I-cum-Spl. Judge, SC/ST Act, Lakhisarai is set aside.

6. Let the appellant, above named, be released on bail

on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court

of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special

Judge SC/ST Act, Lakhisarai.
