1. After hearing learned counsel for the
parties, we are not inclined to entertain the
present petition filed under Article 32 of the
Constitution of India.
2. However, considering the nature of
allegations, we relegate the petitioners to
approach the concerned High Court within a period
of two weeks’ from today.
3. Till the petitioners move the High Court and
the High Court consider their prayer for interim
relief, the petitioners shall not be arrested.
