Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.594 of
2023, under Sections 366A, 376, 376D, 376(D)(A), 370A,
370(2), 342, 506 IPC and Section 4 read with Section 3(a), 6
read with Section 5(g) of the Protection of Children from
Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3, 4, 5, 6 of the
Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station
Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar. She has sought her
release on bail.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and
perused.
3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant
that co-accused, having similar role, has already been
granted bail.
4. Learned State Counsel admits this fact.

5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that
it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be
enlarged on bail.
6. The bail application is allowed.
7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on her
executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable
sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the
court concerned.
