1. Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
2. The instant Criminal Appeals under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C. has been filed by the appellants impeaching the judgment and order 25.05.2009 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.IV, Faizabad in Sessions Trial No.201/2002 (State vs. Shiv Bux Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No.400A/1992, under Sections 323/34, 506(2) of the IPC, Police Station – Cantt., District Faizabad thereby convicting the appellants under Section 323/34 I.P.C. and sentencing them for One Year’s Rigorous Imprisonment with fine of Rs.1,000/- each and in default of payment of fine they have to undergo three months’ additional rigorous imprisonment.
