UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The petitioner is an accused for the offences punishable under
Sections 420, 416, 417, 419, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal
Code. His bail application was rejected by the High Court vide
impugned order dated 07.08.2024.
The petitioner, who is not a lawyer, is alleged to be
masquerading

Reason: He is presently in jail. The present petition for bail
has been vehemently opposed by the learned counsel appearing for
the State. But considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail

for last more than two years, we are of the opinion that a case of
bail is made out for the petitioner and therefore, the prayer for
bail is allowed.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail
forthwith on the usual terms and conditions to be decided by the
concerned Court.
The present Special Leave Petition shall stand disposed of in
the above terms along with pending application(s), if any.
