Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

present petition can be disposed of with the direction to consider

the representation in light of the ratio encapsulated in Pawan

Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. reported in (SBCWP No.

(Downloaded on 20/01/2025 at 09:54:05 PM)
[2025:RJ-JP:1986] (2 of 2) [CW-19683/2024]

1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) and Circular

issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated

19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012).

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs

the respondent No. 2 to adjudicate the representation (Annexure-

5) in light of the judgment passed in Pawan Meena (Supra) and

Circular dated 19.02.2024 passed by Chief Secretary, Rajasthan,

strictly in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days

thereafter.

In light of the aforementioned, the instant petition is

disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
