Heard Mr. A. Khyriem, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has
submitted that, it has come to the knowledge of the petitioner that, in course of
investigation connected to the case cited by the petitioner herein, wherein by
related orders dated 25.02.2025 and 03.03.2025 passed by the learned Special
Judge (POCSO) Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh in AB. No. 1 of 2025 relating to
Women P.S. Case No. 09 (02) 2025 under Section 7/8 POCSO Act, and in such
related orders, certain conditions have been imposed by the court for
compliance by the petitioner, the petitioner has approached this Court with this
instant petition.
