JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)
1. At the outset, Mr. S.Deb, learned counsel for the petitioners submits
that the writ petitioners may be allowed the liberty to seek remedy under
Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land
Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, with regard to their
grievances as to the issue of compensation to the petitioners.

2. The same is also acceded to by Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI
appearing for the respondents No. 8, 9 & 10, as also Mr. S.Sen, learned GA
appearing for the State respondents.
3. In view of these submissions, the writ petition is closed with liberty
given to the petitioners to file appropriate application under Section 64 of
the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition
Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, before the competent authority
who shall deal with the same in accordance with law.
4. Matter accordingly stands disposed of.
