In course of hearing, the record of proceedings in Crl. (NDPS) Case No.
23 of 2023 under Section 21(c) and 29 of NDPS Act pending before the Court
of the learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh is required to
be looked into. The learned counsel has submitted that he may be allowed to
produce copy of the same tomorrow.
Accordingly, hearing of this application is adjourned for the day and to
