Mr. P. Yobin, learned Legal Aid Counsel for the appellant has
submitted that on perusal of the deposition of PW. 1 and other witnesses, it
appears that there was recorded their statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C
which was also exhibited before the Trial Court, however, copies of such
documents could not be located by the Legal Aid Counsel. As such, he prays
that some time may be allowed for necessary steps to be taken and file a
supplementary paper book in this regard.

As prayed for, list this matter after 3(three) weeks.
