Heard Mr. K.Ch. Gautam, learned counsel for the applicant, who has
submitted that this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 has been filed with a prayer for grant of bail on
behalf of the applicant/accused in connection with Lumdiengjri P.S. Case No. 5
of 2025 under Sections 3(a)/4/11(v) of the POCSO Act read with Section 351(2)
of the BNS, 2023, wherein the applicant/accused was arrested on 14.05.2025 and
is still in custody till date.
The learned counsel, at this point of time, submits that notice upon
the State respondent Nos. 1 & 2 is not required to be formally issued since Ms.
R. Colney, learned GA has accepted notice on their behalf. However, notice may
be allowed to be issued upon the respondent No. 3, who is the complainant
herein.
Accordingly, as prayed for, let notice be issued upon the respondent

No. 3, the same to be issued through the Investigating Officer concerned, and
compliance report to be filed within the next date fixed.
List this matter on 11.09.2025 for further orders.
