1. The appellants lay challenge to the judgment and
order dated 20th December, 2011 in RFA No.460 of 2010
titled “Rizwan Shah Vs. Shweta Joshi & Ors.” passed by
the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in
view of the attending facts and circumstances, with an
endeavour to put a quietus to the entire controversy
inter se the parties, we dispose of the present appeal
in the following terms:-
(a) Undisputedly at this point of time, the
parties are happily married and well settled in
life.
(b) The impugned judgment and order dated 20th
December, 2011 in RFA No.460 of 2010 titled as
