2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with S.T.
No. 131 of 2021 arising out of Amrapara P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021 for
the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 323, 307,
354B, 379, 380, 436, 456, 500, 506, 452 and 509 of the Indian Penal
Code, pending in the court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pakur.

3. Anticipatory bail application of the petitioners has been rejected
by this court vide A.B.A. No. 8777 of 2022 by order dated 23.12.2022.

4. On 20.03.2021, petitioners along with co-accused persons went to
the house of the Informant. They dragged her and her two daughters and
disrobed them and paraded them naked. Accused persons also set the
house of the Informant on fire and looted their valuables.

5. No fresh grounds have been made on behalf of the petitioners to
reconsider their prayer for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, their prayer for
anticipatory bail stands rejected once again.
