Although, this writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the
respondents to extend the petitioner benefit of promotion; but,
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would feel
contended if he is permitted to submit a representation with the
respondents for redressal of his grievance(s) with a direction to
them to decide it expeditiously in accordance with law taking into
consideration an order dated 31.03.2022 passed by a coordinate
Bench of this Court in the case of Sandeep Kumar Berar versus

No.18074/2018.
In view of the nature of prayer made by the learned counsel
for the petitioner and an order of a coordinate Bench of this Court
dated 02.02.2024 passed in the case of Pawan Meena versus
The State of Rajasthan & Ors.: SB Civil Writ Petition
No.1665/2024, this writ petition is disposed of in following terms
without issuing notices to the respondents:-
1. The petitioner is at liberty to submit a
representation with the respondents for
redressal of his grievance(s) within a period of
four weeks from today.
2. The respondents are directed to pass a
reasoned and speaking order thereupon in
accordance with law taking into consideration
the order dated 31.03.2022 passed in the case
of Sandeep Kumar Berar (supra) within a
period of sixteen weeks from the date of
receipt of the representation with
communication of the decision to the petitioner.
Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
