1. These Criminal Misc. Bail Applications have been brought
under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.109/2023
registered with Police Station, Peeplu, District Tonk (Raj.) for
offences under Sections 147, 148, 307, 302, 336, 452, 323 IPC.
2. Heard the parties.
3. It appears that previously bail to the petitioner Siyaram and
co-accused Pappu was refused on 4.4.2024 in S.B. Criminal Misc.
Bail Application No. 15269/2023 alongwith connected bail
application. Subsequently, co-accused Pappu was granted bail on
28.11.2024 in S.B. Criminal Misc. 3rd Bail Application No.
12993/2024.
4. According to FIR, several persons allegedly assaulted to the
father of the informant causing injury at the head and other parts
of the body as well. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners
that there is no specific allegation as to who had caused the head
injury to the deceased. Pappu was in custody since 9.4.2023.
5. Submission of the State at the time of grant of bail to Pappu
was that two to three prosecution witnesses were yet to be
examined.
6. As on today, trial has not concluded. Allegation against the
petitioners are similar to Pappu. Petitioners are ready to co-
operate with the trial.
7. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioners
and grant of bail to co-accused, let the accused-petitioners above-
named be released on bail in the aforesaid FIR, if they are not
wanted in any other case, provided that they furnish bail bonds of

Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of
the learned trial court with the following conditions:-
(i) the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the trial, failing
which, the trial judge would be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds
of the petitioners.
(ii) the petitioners shall not leave the Country without permission
of the trial Court otherwise it would amount to disobedience of the
order of this Court and would be a ground for cancellation of bail.
(iii) the petitioners shall not tamper with the evidence.
(iv) one of the surety shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of
the trial Court.
8. Accordingly, these instant bail applications stand allowed.
