Order No. 30.06.2025 05. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Petitioners that pursuant to the settlement of the dispute
between the parties before the Lok Adalat, the matter has
been set at rest. However, the learned counsel for the
Petitioners further submits that G.R. Case No.357 of 2024 is
still pending before the learned JMFC, Pattamundai.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners is directed to file
terms of compromise before the Lok Adalat and the up-to-
date order-sheet of the said G.R. Case, wherein, the learned
court has taken cognizance of the offences under Sections
498(A)/341/323/294/506/34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of
D.P. Act.
4. List this matter on 25.07.2025.
