1. The present petition, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (corresponding to the erstwhile Section 482 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732), assails the order dated 2nd August,
2025 passed by the Learned JMFC-11 (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. By
the said order, the Trial Court dismissed the Petitioner’s application seeking
directions to restrain the Investigating Officer3 from conducting any forensic
examination of the Wills dated 1st June, 2012 and 20th March, 2012 of Late
Swarn Chopra, in proceedings emanating from FIR 230/2013.
