matrimonial disputes between both the parties,
the petitioner/wife is residing separately at
Thimmapuram Village, Kakinada, East
Godavari District at her parents’ house.
He would further contend that the
petitioner had lodged a complaint before the
Mahila Police Station, Kakinada under Sections
85, 115(2), 351(2) of BNS and under Sections 3
& 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act vide Cr.No.88
of 2024 and the same is pending. The petitioner
further pleaded that she had filed a Domestic
Violence Case, on the file of the Protection
Office, Kakinada, and the same is pending
against the respondent/husband at Kakinada.
