1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 and Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

The petitioner has preferred present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Grater Noida Industrial Development Authority, Gautambudh Nagar to pass appropriate order in response to the order dated 18.06.2019 passed by Principal Secretary Industrial Development by exercising power under section 41 (3) of the U.P. Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 for executing the lease deed of 3050 sq. meter abadi land over Khasra No. 810 & 815 situated in Village Bisrakh Jalalpur, Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Buddh Nagar. A further prayer has also been made to restrain the respondent No.2 from creating any third party interest in respect of the aforesaid land.
