1. Notice sent to the Respondents No. 1 & 2 is reported to be awaited.
2. Heard on I.A. No. 01/2019 which is an application for condonation of
delay of 28 days in filing of the appeal.
3. On due consideration of the submissions of counsel for the appellants
as also, the pleadings made in the application, I.A. No. 01/2019 is
allowed. Delay of 28 days in filing of the appeal is condoned.
4. Appeal is admitted for hearing.
5. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that while passing the
impugned award, learned Claims Tribunal has fastened liability to
satisfy the amount of compensation upon the Non-Applicant No. 3. As
the Non-Applicant No. 3 is represented by a counsel, this case may be
heard finally at motion stage.
