Mr. Sh. Athoi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
submitted that during the pendency of the present cases, the enquiry
conducted against the husband of the petitioner under the Manipur
Public Servants’ Personal Liability Act, 2005, has been closed and
accordingly, it has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner that no cause survives for adjudication on merit in the
present cases and that the present writ petition as well as the connected
application can be closed as infructuous.
Mr. H. Debendra, learned Deputy AG appearing for the
respondents submitted that he has no objection in closing the writ
petition as prayed for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel
appearing for the parties, the present writ petition as well as the
connected application are hereby closed as infructuous.
