The P.S.I., of Kothanuru Police Station, Bengaluru, has
filed the present charge sheet against the accused No.1 to 4
alleging commission of the offence punishable under sections
341, 427, 323, 354, 504, 506 R/w Sec.34 of Indian Penal
Code.
2. BRIEF FACTS OF THE PROSECUTION CASE
ARE AS UNDER :
It is the case of the complainant that, on 16.02.2018 at
about 5.45 PM, at No.42 belonging to CW.1 situated near
Telephone Exchange, Veerabhadraswami Temple Road,
Kothanuru, when CW.1 along with CW.4 taking the tailoring
machine, by that time accused No.1 to 4 in furtherance of
common intention have wrongfully restrained her, accused
No.3 abused CW.1 in filthy language, accused No.2 threatened
C.C.No.56530/2018
CW.1 with dire consequences and asked her to vacate the
house. It is further alleged that, CW.1 replied to the accused
persons that the house belonged to her and the case is pending
before the court, by that time accused No.1 outraged the
modesty of CW.1 by holding her hand and pulled her here and
there and assaulted her with hands on her cheek, when CW.4
proceeded to shoot the said incident in mobile, by that time
accused No.1 broken the Samsung Mobile, caused loss and
accused No.4 threatened CW.1 with dire consequences. Based
on the written complaint lodged by C.W.1, C.W.7 has
registered the case against accused No.1 to 4 in P.S. Crime
No.29/2018 for the offence punishable under section 341, 427,
323, 354, 506 R/w sec.34 of IPC. Investigating Officers/CW.7
and 8 investigated the matter and after completion of
investigation, CW.8 has submitted final report against the
accused No.1 to 4 only for the offence punishable under
section.341, 427, 323, 354, 504, 506 R/w Sec.34 of IPC.
