2. The petitioner is directed to take steps upon the respondents by way
of Registered Post with A/D as well as through usual process during the
course of the day.
3. In addition to that, the petitioner is further directed to take steps
upon the respondents by way of dasti routed through the Registry of this
Court and file an affidavit of service on or before the next date.
4. The case of the petitioner herein is that the petitioner had filed a
suit before the Court of the learned Munsiff No.1, Dhemaji which was
registered and numbered as Title Suit No.2/2018 seeking a decree for
recovery of khas possession as well as for permanent injunction. In the
said suit, the description of the land was wrongly mentioned as Annual
Patta No.16 which ought to have been Annual Patta No.63 and the
northern boundary ought to have been Go-Bat but it was mentioned as
land of Nikun Bharali.
