Heard Mr. R. Gurung, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has
submitted that this application under Section 483 BNSS is made with a prayer
for grant of bail on behalf of the accused, husband of the petitioner.
The matter being one under the POCSO Act, the learned counsel
has submitted that the complainant has been arrayed as respondent No. 3 herein.
It is prayed that notice may be allowed to be issued upon the said complainant
through the Investigating Officer.
Mr. K. Khan, learned PP assisted by Mr. A.H. Kharwanlang and Mr.
S. Sengupta, learned Addl. PP has entered appearance on behalf of the State
respondent Nos. 1 & 2. As such, no formal notice is called for.
Let the petitioner take steps for issuance of notice upon the
respondent No. 3 through the Investigating Officer, who will file the

compliance and service report on the next date.
List this matter after 2(two) weeks.
