1. First Regular Bail Application under Section 439 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as „Cr.P.C.‟)/Section 483
of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as
„B.N.S.S.‟) read with Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic
Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as „NDPS Act‟) has been filed
on behalf of the Appellant, Mr. Som Dutt Sharma claiming regular Bail in
Complaint bearing SC No. 180/2024 under Section 21/23 and 29 of the
NDPS Act, 1985.
