1. Second Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on
behalf of the Applicant-Sonal Anmgo in FIR No. 0002/2022 registered under
Section 20/29 NDPS Act at P.S. Crime Branch.
2. It is submitted that the Applicant was arrested on 05.02.2022 in FIR
No. 0002/2022. She is in judicial custody since 3.5 years.
3. The case of the Prosecution in nutshell is that on 05.02.2022 on the
basis of secret information as received at P.S. Crime Branch, Applicant who
is a resident of Himachal Pradesh (Kullu), was apprehended by the raiding
team near Burari Flyover, Wazirabad and 1.5 KG of contraband (Charas) was
recovered from her possession. FIR was registered and thereafter, on
completion of investigation, Charge-sheet was filed.
