04/03.03.2025 Heard learned counsel for the appellants and the learned A.P.P.
representing the State.

2. The instant interlocutory application has been filed for
suspension of sentence of the appellants by enlarging them on bail
during pendency of the instant criminal appeal, which has been
preferred against the judgment of conviction dated 13.09.2024 and
order of sentence dated 26.09.2024 passed in Sessions Trial No. 62 of
2017 arising out of Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 317 of 2016 by the
learned Additional Sessions Judge-III at Deoghar whereby the
appellants have been convicted for the offence punishable under
Section 148/323/341/307/342/504/506 read with Section 149 of the
IPC and have been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 2 years u/s 148 IPC;
R.I. for 6 months u/s 323 IPC, R.I. for 1 month u/s 341 IPC, R.I. for 6
months u/s 342 IPC, R.I. for 1 year u/s 504 IPC; R.I. for 1 year u/s
506 IPC and R.I. for 7 years u/s 307 IPC along with fine of Rs. 5000/-
each and a default sentence of R.I. for 1 year.
