About the Job
The Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI) is inviting applications from competent and experienced advocates for the role of Special Public Prosecutor (Retainer Counsel) to handle Prosecution, Appeals, Revisions, and other matters in the Hon’ble High Court, Patna.
Eligibility
- Enrolled Advocate with the Bar Council
- Minimum 10 years of experience in handling criminal matters in courts, including High Courts
- Experience at Bar in criminal litigation
- Unconditional willingness to work as per the Government of India’s terms & conditions
