About the Institute

Yashwantrao Chavan Law College was established in June 1978. In the beginning, the college was known as A. B. M. S. Parishad’ s Law college. The college has been receiving grant-in-aid from the state government. It has received the re-accreditation from NAAC. Our college is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University on permanent basis and also recognized the Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

About the Journal

For enriching intellectual exchange and for growth of academic culture, the college has developed many programs. As a part of this effort, the College has provided a forum through Research Journal Spiritus lege bearing an ISSN Number 2582-1784. It is a Double Blind peer reviewed journal aimed to publish original ideas and expressions. The Journal is presently calling for submissions for issue planned to be published in December 2025.

Submission Details

It focuses on contemporary and theoretical issues related to legal and political science & also socio-legal issues. Submission from academicians, practitioners, students, researchers and experts from within the intellectual and scholastic society is welcome.

Nature of Contributions

An article must contain comprehensive overview of issue, objective of research and specifications of research methodology. Further the apt analysis, conclusions and recommendations should be provided. The article should begin with abstract of 300 word and keywords. Word Limit being 3000 to 5000 words.
