02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. This I.A. is filed for dispensing with filing of receipt
showing deposit of the awarded amount before the learned
Commissioner.

4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the
Appellant and since the awarded amount has already been
deposited before the learned Commission, this Court finds
that nothing survives in this I.A. to be adjudicated upon by
this Court any further. The Appellant is directed to file the
receipt showing deposit of the awarded amount before the
Designation: Personal Assistant
learned Commissioner within a week hence.
