 order dated 19-02-2024 directed to elect a new board of trustees and vested
 all the propertI-eS and the power regarding anterior and subsequent claims of

 Purchasers Of VarI'OuS Properties Of the trust made by original American
 Baptist Foreign Mission Society (ABFMS) and Property Association of Baptist
 Churches (PABC) in the said board as arbitrary, illegal, in violation of Article

 300A of the constitution and well settled prl'nciples of natural justice and
 further restrain the 4th respondent from receiving or registering any document
 in respect of survey Nos. 399/1 and 339/B, Markapur Town, Prakasam
 District.

        Petition under section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed I'n Support Of the Petition, the High Court may be

pleased to direct the 4th respondent to. restrain from receiving or registerI'ng
any document in respect of survey Nos. 399/1 and 339/B in Markapur Town,
prakasam District, pending disposal of the above w.p. No.14346 of 2025, on
the file of the High Court.



        The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petitI'On and the
affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlI-er Order Of the High Court dated

18.06.2025 made hereI'n and upon hearing the arguments of sri Ghanta

sridhar, Advocate for the petitioners and the Assistant G.P for Stamps and
Registration for the Respondents and the court made the following
