The Court:- The defendant no.1 was directed to provide the details as

indicated in the order dated 8th April, 2025 and this application being IA No.

GA/1/2024 was adjourned till 21 st April, 2025.

The defendant no.1 seeks an extension of time to provide such details.

Although the conduct of the defendant no.1 is far from being satisfactory while

complying with the direction given yet for the ends of justice, the defendant

no.1 is granted time till 29th April, 2025 to prepare the details as sought for by

the order dated 8th April, 2025 and supply a copy of the same to the plaintiff

and the other defendants and place the same before this Court on the next

date.

The defendant nos. 2 and 4 to 27 were directed to produce the copies of

their deed through which they said to have purchased different flats at

premises No. 12/13B, Goabagan Street, Kolkata-700006. The defendants say

that they are carrying their respective conveyances and/or sale deed.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the matter is directed to appear

on 1st May, 2025.

The defendant nos. 2 and 4 to 27 shall prepare separate chart showing

the date of conveyances and/or the sale deeds with its number, date of an

agreement for sale, if any, the total consideration money paid along with dates

of payment and to whom it was paid.
